One finger tap to calm anger

For a child who is angry and doesn't know how to control those feelings, teach them this technique. "One Finger Tap" is the tapping of your finger on the upper part of your leg in the rhythm of breathing in - tap - and breathing out. It helps to minimize the urge to release that anger in a physical way.
